We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, especially at breakfast and reception. Their hospitality truly stood out. During our stay, they surprised us with romantic bed decorations and a beautiful bouquet on the TV table—such a sweet gesture. The towels were spotless and soft, adding to the comfort. A charming experience overall! Also very nice Live music, Arabic dance and play Piano every night which was great .

We booked our stay at the Oceana to be at the end of an extensive 12 days of driving around Tunisia and seeing the incredible sites. We wanted a couple of days of just relaxing in a lovely environment. Silah, at the reception, made sure that our stay definitely exceeded our expectations and took care of our family. Our room was truly lovely with a fantastic view of the sea, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked very well and everything was very clean. The hotel is really pretty - both inside and out. We particularly enjoyed sitting under one of the palm trees and lounging near the pool.

The staff, the facilities and the location were fantastic! The rooms were large and spacious with amazing views. Salah in particular was just superb. He saw to all our needs and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this resort in Hammamet.
